As a born and bred Texan, and longtime Austinite, Veronica has a true passion for connecting and helping people in her community. Her motivation to want to help others achieve the American Dream of owning their own home was ignited after purchasing her first home in East Austin over a decade ago. Veronica is a tenacious, educated, and experienced real estate advisor and advocate with an open mind and an open heart who truly loves being a go-to educational resource for her clients and help them make informed decisions about buying, selling, and investing in real estate. She attributes her business success to her innate ability to listen carefully to her clients as well as her determination, winning attitude, and an unyielding dedication to developing and applying tailored strategies required of each transaction and always focusing on looking out for their best interests.
Veronica also brings vast professional marketing experience to her real estate career after spending over 20 years in the music and hospitality marketing industries in Austin and on the east coast and is always thinking outside the box to expertly market/sell homes. Her holistic approach to the selling process helps her seller clients mitigate risks without leaving money on the table while also minimizing disruption to their daily lives. She's also driven to helping first-time and seasoned home buyers/investors find their dream homes and/or smart investment opportunities that meet their needs, timeline, and budget.
As a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), New Home Construction Expert (NHC), and Texas First-Time Homebuyer Specialist (TAHS), Veronica's in-depth market knowledge, sharp communication and negotiation skills, and tech and marketing savvy allow her to assist clients in finding the best opportunities to buy, sell, and/or invest in real estate. Veronica always strives to stay two steps ahead of the ever-changing real estate market by always improving her skills as an agent. She is constantly continuing her education, earning designations, and obsessively studies local market activities to better serve and advocate for her clients to become one of the best in the industry and establish lifelong relationships.
When Veronica isn't busy showing or marketing homes, meeting with clients or negotiating deals, she and her husband enjoy going on long walks and hikes with their two adorable pups, Scorpio and Spike. They also enjoy music, art, film, and travel, but most of all, the simple pleasures of living life in one of the world's greatest cities! Veronica also loves giving back to her community by volunteering for Meals on Wheels Central Texas, PALS, Austin Pets Alive!, and Habitat For Humanity, and serving on the Housing Committee for the Austin Board of Realtors Foundation.
